Purpose of this Site:
First of all let me explain the purpose of this web-site.
As you know assignments will not be accepted without the
complete assignment brief, including the criteria, the feedback
sheet and the task sheet.
In case you have lost or misplaced your sheet you'll have the opportunity
to download a replacement from this site and print it out!
Furthermore you'll find a range of files containing research material for
your assignments on this website.
Also look out for news, deadlines and updates for the courses concerned:

What has changed on this site from last years?
Some changes have been implemented on this site. All assignments are
stored on this site including past years assignments. Some research
material is provided for each assignment.
Filenames for this years computer technology assignments are compas1.doc
to compas6.doc. For the Upgrade and Repair module the filenames are:
ugrrep1.doc to ugrrep6.doc.
Research material will be left in the relevant directories and it is your
task to find the right material for the assignment if you choose to use this
site.
If you have got any problems don't hesitate to cantact me via e-mail or
talk to me in class, I'll be happy to help you and to demonstrate to you
how to use this site!
All dates point to the week starting on Monday. Deadline dates are always on
a Friday and are final. If you can't meet the deadline I need a written
notification stating the reason why the deadline cannot be met which has to
reach me latest one day before the official deadline, either by e-mail,
pigeon hole or in person. You will receive a written confirmation which has
to be handed in with the assignment.
The extension is one week by default, providing procedures are followed.
